The First Page has 2 cheats.
Click on the circle in the window to get The Balcony Background.
Click on the part of the ground that I circled to get the Humbug Costume. 
Page 2 has two cheats. Click on the Switch to get the Jester"s Hat!. Click the railing on the stairs in the corner and you will get the Princess Hat! Page 3 has two cheats.
Click on the Top-Left Corner and you will get the Grumpenzel Costume.
Click on the bottom right corner to get the Prince Redhood costume.
The fourth page has two cheats.
Click on the bubbles and get the Wise Fish.
Click on the part of the sumbarine and get the Lobster Costume.
The Fifth Page has no cheats.
The Sixth Page has 1 cheat.
